Dr. Sproch primarily utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy and behavioral therapy approaches in her treatment. She values applying an empathic but change-focused approach, recognizing how difficult it can be to struggle with mental health challenges and to make change. She looks to evidence-based interventions and science to guide her treatment approaches. She is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy-enhanced for eating disorders, family-based treatment for eating disorders, and interpersonal therapy.
Currently, all of Dr. Sproch's treatment is provided via telehealth platforms. SUPERVISION-BASED CONSULTATION
Dr. Sproch has extensive experience providing supervision in her field. She has offered both clinical and research supervision, as well as supervision of supervisors. Dr. Sproch begins consultation with a discussion about what consultation options may feel right for you and at what frequency is most useful. Dr. Sproch subscribes to a goals-based supervision model, tailored to your particular professional growth needs. As a certified eating disorder specialist consultant (CEDS-C) through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals, Dr. Sproch can also offer specialized eating disorder consultant services for professionals working on their CEDS certification.
ADMINISTRATIVE-BASED CONSULTATION
Dr. Sproch offers consultation services to apply her experience as a clinician, researcher, and administrative leader in her field. Dr. Sproch has previous experience providing consultation to a startup designing virtual eating disorder treatment at a higher level of care, as well as to an established eating disorder practice with multiple levels of care.

Dr. Sproch has had the opportunity to provide trainings and presentations in her local community and nationally. She has spoken on a variety of topics, including eating disorders, cognitive behavioral therapy, body image, cognitive remediation therapy, group therapy, and evidence-based treatment protocols.
