Dr. Sproch primarily utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy and behavioral therapy approaches in her treatment. She values applying an empathic but change-focused approach, recognizing how difficult it can be to struggle with mental health challenges and to make change. She looks to evidence-based interventions and science to guide her treatment approaches. She is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral activation, enhanced cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-E) for eating disorders, family-based treatment (FBT) for eating disorders, comprehensive behavioral treatment (ComB), prolonged grief disorder therapy, and interpersonal therapy (IPT).
Dr. Sproch's treatment is provided via telehealth platforms.
